USE OF THE WEBSITE
1 – General
1.1 This website is the official website of the Ohalo Manor Hotel Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Hotel”).
1.2 Anyone using this website shall declare that he has read the content of these Terms, and agrees to its provisions and conditions, and that neither he nor anyone on his behalf shall have any claim and/or legal demand and/or lawsuit, directly and/or indirectly, against the site and/or any of its owners and/or managers and/or anyone on their and/or the hotel’s behalf concerning the provisions of these terms.
1.3 For the sake of convenience only, part of the content of this site is worded in the masculine form but is intended for both men and women.
1.4 The user shall declare that all information presented on the site and/or any part of it (hereinafter: “the Information”) is the exclusive property of the hotel, and that all rights in the information and/or any part of it are reserved to the hotel, and that he undertakes to use the information on the site for his personal ends only, and he shall not copy, photograph, duplicate, broadcast, print or publish the information on the site, whether it is owned by the hotel or by third parties, and/or part of it to any person and/or body without the prior written consent of the hotel, except in the case of a non-commercial personal need for the information.
1.5 The user shall undertake not to falsify the information or make any other change or action liable to compromise the validity and reliability of the information, or the respect or good name of the hotel as owner of the copyright to it, or of any other factor.
2 – Risks and liability
2.1 The user hereby declares that he is aware of the fact that use of the website involves many risks, both due to the technology involved and due to human agents acting through the internet.
2.2 The user shall be solely and fully responsible for any current and/or future use of the information by him.
2.3 The information is intended for the user’s personal use only and use thereof, including any reliance on it, are the user’s sole responsibility. Inter alia, the user declares that he is aware of the fact that the pictures presented on the site are for illustrative purposes only, and that there may be discrepancies between their representation on the computer screen and their appearance in reality.
2.4 The information is presented on the site ‘as is’, and the hotel shall not be responsible for adapting the information to the user’s needs, nor shall it be liable toward the user for his inability to use the information for any reason whatsoever. The user shall bear sole responsibility for the way in which he uses the information.
2.5 The hotel shall do everything in its power to keep the information as valid and as accurate as possible; however, the information does not presume to be a complete, full, or detailed analysis of all matters included in it. The information is of a general nature only. Partial and well founded. The hotel shall not be held liable for errors in the information presented on the site, either by the hotel or by third parties.
2.6 The hotel shall not be liable for any damage, inconvenience, loss, expense, or distress liable to be caused the user or his property (inter alia the user’s hardware and/or software equipment) or to any third party, directly or indirectly, due to visiting the site and using its content, and the user hereby waives in advance any claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit towards the hotel concerning the above.
2.7 The hotel shall not be held liable for illegal activity perpetrated by any user on the site, or any other causes beyond its control.
2.8 The hotel shall not be held liable for any changes made to the information by the user and/or any other third party.
3 – Booking accommodations
3.1 The user may use this site only for booking, purchasing services and/or receiving information. This website shall not be used for any other purpose.
3.2 Reservations can be made by calling the hotel reservations center at +972-4-667-5538/25 or through this website.
3.3 Anyone making reservations through this website is required to enter his personal details including ID No. or Passport No., Credit Card No., and details of all the other people who will be hosted with him.
4 – Customer details
4.1 When purchasing services through the website and booking as detailed in the following, users will be required to enter their personal details.
4.2 – The website owners and/or any or its operators and/or owners and/or administrators and/or anyone on their behalf – none shall be liable for any error made by the user in typing in purchase details, including error in selection of vacation package, date, number of beds, or any other service ordered by the customer through the website; and/or any liability directly or indirectly in cases in which purchase details are not recorded and/or any technical and/or other problem preventing the customer from purchasing services through the website.
4.4 Entry of false purchase data is a criminal offense; therefore, legal action will be taken against anyone entering false data, including tort claims for damage liable to be sustained by the hotel and/or its website and/or its operators and/or owners and/or administrators and/or anyone on their behalf.
4.4 The user declares that he aware of the fact that upon entering purchase details he will be recorded in the hotel’s database. The hotel may use purchase details in order to improve the services it offers site users, and contact users through mail, email, and any other channel of communication and adapt the site to their needs and personal preferences.
5 – Method of booking
5.1 Users shall enter their booking details on the site.
5.2 When entering booking details, users will be required to enter their credit card details.
5.3 Full payment shall be made before arrival, according to the cancellation policy, with the credit card given in the booking.
6 – Terms and limitations
6.1 Prices on the site are in shekels and include VAT (except in Eilat), according to the VAT rate that varies from time to time.
6.2 The hotel reserves the right to change room prices at any time, according to the hotel’s marketing policy.
The hotel may change the site’s terms of use from time to time, without prior notification to users. The hotel shall publish the new terms on the site, and their validity shall begin on the date of publishing.
6.4 The hotel may, from time to time, close the site and change its structure, content, and appearance, change the scope and availability of the services and content given in it as well as any other aspect of the site and its operation, without having to give users advance notice thereof. Users shall declare that they shall not have any complaint and/or legal claim and/or demand towards the hotel in that respect.
6.5 The number of places in the hotel is limited, and reservations for a room shall be based on vacancies only.
6.6 There are no double discounts.
7 – Reception and departure
7.1 Reception: Weekdays at 3:00 PM; Shabbat or outgoing of holidays from one hour after outgoing of Shabbat / holiday.
7.2 Departure: Weekdays until 10:00 AM; Shabbat and holidays until 2:00 PM.
7.3 Arrival and/or departure before/after the above hours is subject to prior approval of hotel management and involves additional cost.
8 – Babies and children
8.1 Definitions:
“Baby” – people of ages zero to two years.
“Child” – people of ages two to 12 years.
8.2 Hosting of children and youth under age 18 shall be permitted only when accompanied by over age 20.
9 – This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The sole area of jurisdiction for any matter pertaining to this agreement and use of the site is in the authorized courts in the District of Tiberias.
10 – Users should be aware of the fact that use of the website, by its very nature, could involve technical malfunctions.
11 – Cancelling a booking
11.1 All year – cancellation or change up to seven (7) days before arrival is free of charge. Full cost (100% total booking) will be charged for cancellation or change less than seven (7) days prior.
- In July and August, and Kinneret swimming, cycling and marathon events – cancellation or change up to fourteen (14) days before arrival is free of charge. Full cost (100% total booking) will be charged for cancellation or change less than fourteen (14) days prior.
11.3 On Jewish holidays – charge of 20% advance payment. Cancellation or change up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge with advance refunded. Full cost (100% total booking) will be charged for cancellation or change less than thirty (30) days prior.
11.4 Credit cards will be charged in advance, after the permissible cancellation date in each period.
11.5 These terms are valid for online reservations of up to five (5) rooms in one reservation. For more than five rooms, the reservation and payment terms will be different.
12 – Various provisions
12.1 It is strictly forbidden to bring animals of any king to the hotel and its premises (except for service animals trained to assist people with disabilities).
12.2 No additional guests may be invited beyond the number in the reservation without prior approval by the hotel. Bringing guests into the hotel compound or pool, whether for an overnight or a day stay will incur additional costs.
12.3 Do not remove equipment from the hotel rooms.
Use your own towels for water bodies/sources outside the hotel premises.
12.4 Smoking in hotel rooms and/or on its premises is forbidden except for permitted places.
13 – Preserving the place
13.1 The customer shall undertake, in his name and on behalf of the other guests with him, to help maintain the premises and not to cause any damage to the facility, whether maliciously or negligently, including all of the equipment in it.
13.2 The customer shall confirm that in the event of any damage, he will be charged (from the above credit card) the full cost thereof.
13.3 It is forbidden to light fires and/or barbecues on hotel premises.
13.4 Neither the hotel management nor anyone on its behalf will be liable for valuables and/or money left in rooms.
13.5 There is no option of launching personal watercraft and/or boats from the hotel premises.
13.6 Playing music on amplification/karaoke systems is forbidden in the hotel and on its premises.
13.7 The customer shall confirm that he is aware that in the event of any damage to the hotel and/or its workers and/or anyone on his behalf and/or hotel rooms and/or any other area in the hotel, caused by a direct act or negligence of the customer, he will be solely responsible and bear the costs thereof.
